Send Extramet your carbide quote request
Use the form below to send a drawing, material question, stock request, or finished-part RFQ. If you do not have every detail yet, send what you have and describe the application so the team can help route the review.
Start your RFQ
Required fields are name and email. A drawing or file is optional, but it usually helps Extramet review the request faster.
"*" indicates required fields
Not ready to upload a drawing? Use Additional Information to share dimensions, tolerance, quantity, timing, material grade, finish, or the problem the part needs to solve.
What happens after you submit
Extramet reviews the details
The team checks the drawing, material, dimensions, tolerance, finish, quantity, and application notes.
Questions are clarified
If anything is missing, Extramet follows up before quoting so the material and manufacturing path are clear.
Your quote moves forward
Once the request is clear, Extramet can review stock, blanks, grinding, machining, inspection, and delivery needs.
Send enough detail for a useful first review
Buyers often send complete prints, but a useful RFQ can also start with a rough description. Tell us what the part does, what failed before, what material you are considering, and whether the priority is wear life, toughness, corrosion resistance, delivery timing, or finished tolerance.
Products, blanks, and stock
For rods, blanks, punches, pins, raw materials, and other stock forms, include dimensions, quantity, grade, and any finishing needs.
Grade questions
If the grade is not settled, describe the wear environment, load, impact, temperature, and the material the carbide contacts.
Finished components
For grinding, machining, laser etching, or inspection support, include the finished tolerance, drawing revision, finish, and traceability requirements.
