How to route a carbide service request

Send the print, grade or material details, quantity, tolerance, finish, and any notes about how the part is wearing or failing. If the part is still in the material planning stage, start with carbide blanks or grade selection so the finishing path is not designed around the wrong starting form.

  • For long round components, include diameter, length, finish, and end details.
  • For flat or block-style parts, include flatness, parallelism, finish, and critical faces.
  • For identification needs, include the marking text, location, size, and traceability requirements.
